The programs developed in collaboration with international stakeholders will enable the harnessing of talent from within the 23 faculties of Babeș-Bolyai University by integrating practices aimed at encouraging interdisciplinary collaboration and access to international practices with potential implementation in the national context. International partners will constitute an important source of knowledge that will be utilized to reduce existing gaps between education and entrepreneurial practice, in relation to the international market and practices.

 Leveraging relationships and partnerships with international market stakeholders will focus on three major directions:

Attracting human capital (mentors, experts in specific fields, trainers/instructors, speakers).
Attracting financial resources (Foundations and associations such as the Romanian American Foundation, Fulbright), Investors (Angel & Venture Capital);
Developing strategic partnerships (consortia, incubators and accelerators, universities, international entrepreneurs).

To have competitive programs on an international level, events with international guests will be organized, providing knowledge and expertise to students interested in entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship.

 The involvement of international partners will offer UBB students the opportunity to access:

·   Intensive Courses
These will take place over the course of a week, featuring professors/entrepreneurship center managers, focusing on specific topics. Courses will be available based on registration and will allow for certification, depending on the thematic content covered in the meetings.
·   Discussions with International Actors
Within the events, discussions will be held with entrepreneurs/managers operating in international markets who will share their knowledge and experience with participants. The event will take place in a hybrid format and will aim to observe how international entrepreneurs have evolved in their home countries, as well as accessing advice regarding best practices that can be implemented in an emerging market like Romania.
·   Workshops and Competitions
The events will aim to identify and develop innovative ideas and business concepts, providing students with access to international expertise offered by international entrepreneurs, managers, and trainers.

* Please have a look of the calendar to have an overview when the events will happen.
