As part of the incubation program organized by UBB Student i-Lab, participants had the opportunity to deepen their understanding of essential aspects of business modeling and financing, benefiting from the expertise of Associate Professor Dr. Alexandra Muțiu. Through a practical and interactive approach, students explored topics such as:

- Budgeting and financial forecasting
Alexandra Muțiuvice-Rector of Babeș-Bolyai University, holds a strategic role in the university's leadership, managing areas such as Human Resources, Alumni Relations, Career Development, and Student Counseling. With extensive experience in teaching accounting for managers and controlling at both undergraduate and master's levels, as well as in MBA and executive programs, Alexandra is recognized for using the case study method, providing students with a practical perspective on theoretical concepts.
