Entrepreneurial Marketing – Workshop led by Georgiana Iancu and Cipriana Stan as part of the i-Lab incubation program (05.11.2025)

On November 5, 2025, the i-Lab community continued its series of workshops for young entrepreneurs with Module 4: Entrepreneurial Marketing, held in the FSEGA Council Hall from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. The session was part of the video module “Marketing for Founders” and provided participants with the tools needed to develop effective marketing strategies tailored to the startup context.
The workshop was led by Georgiana Iancu and Cipriana Stan, co-founders of Brandocracy.
Georgiana Iancu has been working in marketing and management since 2006, leading projects throughout her career in employer branding, strategic and operational marketing, corporate communication, CSR, organizational development, and M&A communication.
Cipriana Stan has over 15 years of experience in marketing and has managed projects in digital marketing, internal communications, lead generation, employer branding, and B2B and B2C marketing for companies across various sectors, including IT, healthcare, tourism, food, finance, ceramics, and education, working with both large corporations and startups.
During the session, participants explored concepts such as entrepreneurial marketing, bootstrap marketing, and social marketing, learning how to develop effective communication strategies tailored to the limited resources of a startup and how to create campaigns with real impact on their target audience. Through practical examples and case studies, Georgiana and Cipriana emphasized the importance of creativity, innovation, and a deep understanding of customers in building an authentic and relevant brand presence.
The workshop took place in a collaborative setting, where participants discussed campaign ideas and received constructive feedback on how to implement their entrepreneurial marketing strategies.
