Cătălina Crișan is an Associate professor at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Department of Management. Entrepreneurship has played a significant role in her research activities starting from her doctoral studies. Currently, she teaches courses in Entrepreneurship, Management in Small and Medium Enterprises, and Knowledge Management in Organizations. Her activity in the field of Entrepreneurship was guided by the desire to know perspectives and practical examples aimed at promoting sustainable growth, which created valuable stimuli in her research and teaching activity. The interdisciplinary approach to how business practices, digital innovation and sustainability can be combined to promote sustainable growth facilitated access to insights and interactions with people that opened up new horizons for me. Research has been an extremely important trigger in the development of social capital consisting of prestigious researchers and practitioners interested in promoting entrepreneurship, while also providing the perspective of how gaps in research, teaching and administrative practices can be bridged relative to similar ecosystems. The experience acquired within the "Research and Training in Entrepreneurship" Fulbright-RAF Grant, allowed the validation and development of her knowledge, offering new perspectives on how the inclusive approach leads to innovation.

Alexandra Muțiu, PhD., Associate Professor

Alexandra Mutiu is the Vice-Rector of Babeș-Bolyai University and plays a strategic role in the university's leadership, holding vital responsibilities related to Human Resources, Alumni, Career Development, and Student Counseling. She is a professional known for her exceptional competencies in teaching accounting for managers and controlling, both at the undergraduate and master's levels, as well as in MBA and executive programs. With a rich teaching experience and knowledge acquired both at Babeș-Bolyai University and as a visiting professor at foreign universities, Alexandra Muțiu offers students the opportunity to learn through the case study method. She firmly believes that the first step to success is to have a winner's mindset, a principle she passionately and determinedly shares.
Christian Săcărea, PhD., Associate professor

Associate Professor Christian Săcărea has been working at "Babeș-Bolyai" University, Cluj-Napoca, since 1994. In his role, he leads the German Study Line of "Babeș-Bolyai" University, which encompasses the various German language departments within the institution. Additionally, Associate Professor Christian Săcărea is responsible for managing the University's collaboration with the socio-economic environment, industry sectors, and businesses, as well as the University's fundraising activities. He is also in charge of the Undergraduate Computer Science Program. His scientific interests span across Formal Concept Analysis, Knowledge Discovery, Cryptography, Logic Programming, and more. Since 2016, he has been coordinating the Formal Concept Analysis research group within "Babeș-Bolyai" University and has been a member of the Applied Computational Intelligence research group within the same university since 2012. Other scientific areas of interest for Associate Professor Christian Săcărea include Artificial Intelligence, Graph Algorithms, Petri Nets in software modeling and verification, Semantic Web and Knowledge Discovery, Information Management in organizations.
Răzvan Mustață, PhD., Associate Professor

Răzvan V. Mustață is an Associate Professor of Accounting at Babeș-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca, Faculty of
Economics and Business Administration (UBB-FSEGA). As of 2016, he continues to serve as Dean of the faculty, demonstrating his commitment to academic excellence and leadership. He has garnered extensive experience and expertise in various fields, including International Financial Reporting Standards, National and International Accounting Systems, digitalization, and technology for education in higher education, particularly in economics, business, and social science studies.
He has always been interested in creating an entrepreneurial ecosystem for students by offering specific courses within the faculty curriculum, joining platforms for authentic entrepreneurial training, and supporting the very creation of the UBB Student i-Lab. His dedication to promoting entrepreneurship and innovation among the next generation is truly inspiring.

Alexandra Drule, PhD., Associate Professor
Alexandra M. Drule is an Associate Professor at the Department of Marketing, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca. She earned her PhD in Business Administration in 2009 from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies. Her current academic responsibilities include teaching courses and seminars in subjects such as Basics of Marketing, Marketing Policies, International Tourism, and Non-Conventional Tourist Products. Alexandra M. Drule has been involved in several research projects and served as Assistant Manager for various POSDRU projects. Currently, she also holds the position of Study Director for distance learning and part-time programs within the Department of Marketing. Her professional activities extend to training in the fields of education and tourism. Her research interests are diverse, encompassing topics such as entrepreneurship in tourism and hospitality, marketing research, marketing and management of tourist destinations, and consumer behavior in tourism services. In 2022, she successfully completed a postgraduate program as part of the "Entrepreneur UBB!" project.

Anamaria Petre, PhD., Lecturer
Anamaria Petre is a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, with rich experience and diverse skills in the field of education, recently focusing on entrepreneurship. Her competencies contributing to the organization and implementation of activities within the incubator include: (1) Developed communication and interpersonal skills through involvement in teamwork projects and volunteer activities; (2) Strengthened networking skills through participation in numerous workshops and events; (3) Her experience in various projects and activities has led to the development of strong organizational and coordination skills, essential in preparing activities for students within the i-Lab community. Areas of interest: management and digitization, organizational innovation, artificial intelligence and management, HR. Her experience and knowledge in these areas make a significant contribution to the business incubator's mission

Maria Luiza Souca, PhD., Lecturer
Maria Luiza Souca are funcția de lector în cadrul Departamentului de Marketing, Facultatea de Științe Economice și Gestiunea Afacerilor din cadrul Universității Babeș-Bolyai din Cluj-Napoca. A obținut titlul de doctor în Marketing în 2012 la Universitatea Babeș-Bolyai. Responsabilitățile ei academice actuale includ susținerea de cursuri și seminare la discipline precum Fundamentele serviciilor, Negocierea Afacerilor, Marketing în social media, Instrumente și tehnici de promovare. Luiza Souca a făcut parte din proiecte de cercetare POSDRU și ERASMUS+, iar activitatea ei profesională include și activități de formator în domeniul educațional și cel al marketingului în turism. Preocupările sale de cercetare sunt diverse, cu subiecte precum antreprenoriatul în turism, satisfacția și comportamentul consumatorilor, marketingul și managementul destinațiilor turistice și social media. În anul 2022, a absolvit un program postuniversitar în cadrul proiectului „Antreprenor UBB!”
Mihaela Rovinaru, PhD., Associate professor
Rovinaru Mihaela is a lecturer at FSEGA, UBB Cluj-Napoca, specializing in international relations approached in an interdisciplinary manner. Her recent focus has shifted towards sustainability, which has also led her towards entrepreneurship. She has pursued further training in entrepreneurship and currently integrates teaching with research activities as part of the UBB Student I-Lab team.
