Executive Coordinator

Cătălina Crișan is an Associate professor at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Department of Management. Entrepreneurship has played a significant role in her research activities starting from her doctoral studies. Currently, she teaches courses in Entrepreneurship, Management in Small and Medium Enterprises, and Knowledge Management in Organizations. Her activity in the field of Entrepreneurship was guided by the desire to know perspectives and practical examples aimed at promoting sustainable growth, which created valuable stimuli in her research and teaching activity. The interdisciplinary approach to how business practices, digital innovation and sustainability can be combined to promote sustainable growth facilitated access to insights and interactions with people that opened up new horizons for me. Research has been an extremely important trigger in the development of social capital consisting of prestigious researchers and practitioners interested in promoting entrepreneurship, while also providing the perspective of how gaps in research, teaching and administrative practices can be bridged relative to similar ecosystems. The experience acquired within the "Research and Training in Entrepreneurship" Fulbright-RAF Grant, allowed the validation and development of her knowledge, offering new perspectives on how the inclusive approach leads to innovation.
