Yes, a visa is required if you’re participating in the U.S.-based portion at UNC. Once accepted, we’ll provide an invitation letter to support your visa interview and assist with expedited appointment requests if necessary.

Depending on the program, the U.S. sessions will be held in partnership with our prestigious local university partners, such as the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for certain programs and Columbia University for others. Specific locations and partnerships are detailed on each program’s page.

No formal educational background is required. Admissions prioritize professional achievements and leadership experience to ensure a cohort of impactful participants.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so applying early is recommended. Admission is based on your professional experience and role in your organization.

Absolutely! Networking is central to the experience. Participants will connect with peers across industries, engage with international faculty, and visit innovative companies. Many leave with valuable connections and a strong professional network.

The cost of each program covers tuition, course materials, and most meals, along with accommodations during the in-person sessions in Cluj-Napoca and at our U.S. partner campuses, such as UNC or Columbia University. You’ll also have access to networking events, facility amenities (like the Rizzo Center’s shuttle service and heated pool in Chapel Hill), and support for obtaining a U.S. visa if required. Please note that travel expenses to and from Cluj and the U.S. location are not included in the program cost.
